goals and the meaning of life.

Where’s the time going? Is time flying?

Slow it down, cowgirl. Pull on the reins and take a look around, up and down, and inside yourself.

All the talk of living up to our potential simply means that you are a gifted treasure, so you need to dig in and pull out your shine.

Wouldn’t it be a shame to wake up in 15 years with a whole bunch of SHOULD’OF in your mouth?

Pop the chest and check your jewels. Use your talent, skill, genius, drive, wonder, will, curiosity, and fortitude to pursue a fulfilling life.

Some folks are against ambition. I know why.

Because they think it leads to burnout and a feeling that you’ll always need more to be happy.

I think you need to grow to be happy.

So grow. Be thankful for every inch you expand.

Set some goals. Give meaning to your life. Bypass regret. Live above ordinary.

I will, too.

Michelle Bernard

Making every dream come true. That’s my goal.

I met Donna when I was 14 and 15 years old.

longer.

i love ya
tomorrow
i wiggled into you
(you were worth the wait)
inhaling
through grateful hips
shoulders praising morning
i pointed these feet
east
toward Creation
while white strands caught my eyelashes
i increased the decision
taking longer strides
(trusting myself for
the 108th time)
letting what I felt
be felt
by
the air
and
sky
swallowed the noise
letting the sound of light play
from my body
making the days
longer

like magic.

What are you waiting for?

No, really.

Are you actually waiting? For the right moment, the courage, a magic stick to tap the back of your ear and bless you with stock, proficiency, and magnetism?

Well, here it is.

I am waving my… uh… give me a moment…

umbrella.

Pretend it is the wand you’ve been expecting, and let it anoint you with

the drive and decision you always hoped this day would give you.

TAP!

Now, become the person you’ve imagined.

rise.

do you let it go?

What to do…

when the person you thought you’d love forever

makes you sad, manipulates, cannot relate to your desire for growth?

How do you break-up with a best friend?

Do you?

Do you stay when you’ve grown in different directions?

Kids know how to find friends who align with them.

We need to do the same as adults.

You are not a bad person to want joy and alignment.

rise,

Michelle
